Ways to survive in the time of crisis.
There are many ways to survive in the time of crisis, it isn’t the time to disappear or hide. In time of trial and suffering there are ways to be a true friend to others.
Help in the time of crisis.
Being a true friend can work from anywhere. It is a time to reach out and check on the welfare of others.
… Offer them praise and guidance.
… Drop things off at the door.
… Send them virtual hugs and cards.
Sickness and health have been around for as long as the earth and we all seem to go on living. So, pick yourself up and reach out to others.
Ways to survive and be thankful in the time of crisis.
When the world is all in turmoil and scaring everyone, the best thing we can do is to pray for mercy. Our Lord is in control and knows our outcome. We need to find patience and wisdom to do what is right.
… Keep yourself calm
… Keep yourself clean
… Be thankful for what you do have
… Be thankful for what you can do
Move through fear when chaos is around.
One thing I learned being a caregiver is that there is a crisis around every corner. It was called the unknown. The unknown of what was next. How was a sickness going to evolve?
Being in the right place can help us be prepared for just about anything. In taking care of my family and relatives in their time of need, I have learned many things. First off is to trust yourself; you’ve survived a lot and you can face what’s coming.
“Your strength comes from within, whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go, just remember how far you have come. Remember everything you have faced, all the battles you have won, and all the fears you have overcome” ~ Unknown
Finding your strength to move on will prompt you to ask a lot of questions; it’s only natural that you want to be informed and know what to expect; but when dealing with the unknown this can be difficult.
Finding ways to be in the time of crisis doesn’t have to be hard when you become thankful and offer help to others.
