Daily Plan To Keep Going

Getting into a rhythm everyday will keep you active and improve

whatever you are working on.

Morning Plan

A morning routine sets you up for things to come.  By doing these you energize your body and set a good working mindset

 

    10 minutes of meditation

    Big glass of water

    Drink some tea and read a daily devotional

Unwind

5 to 10 minute break - find something to laugh about.

Focus on your senses and be in the moment.

Go for a walk.

Go for a drive and turn left instead of right,  a different way for an outing.

Connect and Be Social

 Make a phone call. Human connection

 Catch up with an old friend

 Send a random text

 Play with an animal

Design

Start a to-do list that you can cross off.

Set a timer to help you focus.

Give yourself a hug.  Say, “I am capable of many things”.

Refine

Stay in tune with your emotions

Make a Delicious meal

Create a new Exercise

Use the “special occasion” thing.

Bed time

    Choose 2 things to be thankful for.

    Do 3 or 4 different stretches.

    Turn off all electronics one hour before bed.

    Write in a journal.
