Wrong Ways to Smile In Taking Care Of Others

Did you know there are wrong ways to smile?  Have your emotions run wild when you are taking care of others and all you seem to be able to do is smile?

 

It is an emotional response that takes over? 

 

Through my life I learned how to smile.  For me it comes naturally because of my mindset training.  But there have been times when I force it.  That is what is wrong.

 

Let me help you find things that are wrong with your smile and turn that around, bringing out the happiness and sincerity of it.

 

First off let’s be honest with ourselves. 

 

“Every day may not be good, but there’s good in everyday”

 

Now that I am older, my values have changed. But, needing to find what my core values will lead me to true happiness in everything I do.

 

A Smile Comes from Your Heart

 

A true smile comes from those things you have in your heart, the things you feel most compelled to do and want to do. They are things you are truly emotional about. But my question to you is, “Do you have a sense of what it will take to realize those values?”  

 

Your weakness or strength, purity or impurity are yours alone. You have a choice! They are brought about by you, no one else.  So, to change the life and smile you have, you must look inside first. Lift your thoughts, by the aid of self-control, resolution, purity, righteousness, and well-directed thought and you will ascend to success.  A true smile.

 

Inside Thoughts Make Your Smile Look Different

Where do powerful thoughts come from? In other words, do your thoughts betray your smile?

 

Let’s try calming the mind, some call it meditation, which is one of the beauties of wisdom. The more tranquil you are, the greater your success, influence, and power over your smile. For the strong and calm are always loved and followed. Self-control is strength; Thought is mastery; Calmness is power.

 

Are others looking at you the same way.  For instance, smiling for the wrong reason can lead to other conclusions.

I have had days that just get broken and run out of control, you feel like you are going to explode and just want to do nothing!  More importantly,  how can I change this feeling?  Was it a circumstance out of my control or could I have done something to cause this?

 

Another point is; If you want a different outcome you need to change one that will start to change another. No matter what it is that you are doing.

 

Getting to know our pains and challenges, and then finding our true happiness, setting goals and motivation, means you are on the right path. Feel good about that and your smile will be true.
