So you have a business!  You find people to sell it to and you start driving traffic.    What goes wrong?  Well you have it backwards, you are missing that one ingredient to get you started.  Listen in and I will explain.

Now I know you think I am nuts, but in order to make a profit, you need to have your cycle going.  You need to think of the profit when generating traffic and know how much you need to reinvest to grow your business.





You need to take into the account the cost involved in generating these leads and traffic, and then your sales and see the difference.  Basic economics.   Re-invest back in to grow your business to the level of where you want to go.  I also recommend reading this post on the Two Principals needed.

Making every transaction more valuable, and then scaling up which allows you to make more money per customer so you need fewer customers to make a profit.


It is the same amount of work to sell a $9K product than it is to sell a $1.00 product.  Having leverage and a upscale is what sets the professionals apart from the rest.
